Elite Mechanical Power is currently seeking an experienced mechanic to join our company.
Based in Dandenong we are an approved Volvo Penta dealer for Victoria. We are primarily mobile marine, industrial and construction engine specialists, servicing Victoria.

About the Role:
We work across a diverse range of industries including construction, power generation, material handling and marine. We are very passionate about what we do and take the utmost care and pride in our work to ensure our customers vessels and machines are kept running to the best possible standard with minimal down time. Due to the breakdown support aspect of the business this role will require you to be able to work outside of normal business hours in various locations across Victoria, sometimes at short notice. You will receive comprehensive on the job training and exposure to a variety of different industries.

We are unable to sponsor overseas visa applicants.   

The right person will have:

• Drivers license, other high risk licenses will be advantageous.
• A proven mechanical understanding and practical abilities.
• Previous mechanical experience in various sectors will be highly advantageous.
• A willingness and curiosity to constantly learn about new technologies.
• Must be willing to travel and work across Victoria.
• Must put safety above everything and have a quality rather than quantity attitude to work.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and onsite drug and alcohol testing.
• Must have good communication skills.
