Administration Assitant

Due to continued growth, Elite Mechanical Power is currently seeking a proactive and reliable Administration Assistant to support our small, hardworking team.

This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible part-time position. Full-time hours will also be considered for the right applicant.

About the Role:

· Part-time: 3 days per week (up to 8 hours per day) to start, with potential to move to full-time role in the near future.

· Flexible hours: School hours are welcome for the right candidate

· On-site role: Due to the nature of the role, remote working cannot be supported.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily administration support to the management and field service team

· Ordering, organising and processing parts orders as required

· Managing emails, calls, scheduling, and general correspondence

· Processing invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets

· Data entry and reconciliation using Xero

· Preparing and formatting documents in Word and Excel

· Assisting with subcontractor payments and job tracking

· Filing, organising documents, and other ad hoc admin tasks

About You:

· Previous experience in a similar admin role

· Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Word

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Confident communicator with a can-do, adaptive attitude

· Experience in a similar service or trades industry is advantageous, but not necessary to apply.
